Come and join in a free Yoga class on both Friday and Saturday morning before embarking on your day of dance learning. This class will open your mind to experience the breath in new ways that support your energy levels and assist to maximise your ability to learn.
Please Note: There is NO need to book. 30 spaces will be available at the door so first in, best dressed.
Kellie (aka Kurvy) is currently completing a Diploma of Yoga Studies and Teacher Training at the Yoga Institute and will be eligible for Level 1 membership with Yoga Australia in December 2016. Additionally, Kellie has been bellydancing for over 17 years and believes Yoga can support and enhance your life and dance. Her new endeavor is Studio Move with Softness offering individual and group Yoga practices.
